Position description

In this role, you will perform security assessments of systems and networks within the system and identifies where those systems and/or networks deviate from acceptable configurations, policies, or procedures. Review Acquisition Requirement Package (ARP), analyzes and defines IT security requirements. You’ll be responsible for determining and interpreting cybersecurity policy as directed by enterprise information security standards. As well as Develop and implement information security standards and procedures. Other responsibilities are listed below: 

  • Assists in the implementation of the required government policy (i.e., Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Supports projects, prepares reports, and analyses to determines system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility
  • Validate established security requirements and recommends additional security requirements and safeguards as required

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent (four-year college or university) in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Six or more (6+) years in the field of Cyber Security with at least three (3) years’ experience with RMF
  • Active TS with SSBI
  • Appropriate DoD 8570 certification: CISM, Security+, CISSP
  • A commitment to your profession demonstrated by participation in providing support, guidance and memberships in professional associations
