Examines the global infrastructure for humanitarian relief, development assistance, and human rights advocacy. Focuses on the complementary nature of humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding efforts. Explores how international organizations promote human security (community, economic, environmental, food, health, personal, and political security) in fragile states.
