Position description

Voxx Electronics Technology is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service candidate who will be responsible for assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. 
This candidate will need to be able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Candidate will focus on the pursuit of excellence, customer satisfaction, and team work for a "Better Experience" for all customers.

 

Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Customer Service related experience 
- Experience in the office products industry a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Gmail and internet 
- Type 35-40 WPM
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Candidate must submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- Able to work the hours of 9am -- 6pm Monday -- Friday 

Qualifications

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately processed including data entry, purchasing, and order fulfillment
- Respond to customer requests for service and/or supplies with prompt assistance and follow up 
- Ability to work as a team to identify, support, resolve any questions/issues 
- Communicate directly with customers and sales team to process orders/requests and insure company standards are met and exceeded
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and positive attitude 
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume and rapidly changing environment 
- Strong multi-tasking skills to support online web chat with customers as well as heavy phone volume
- Plus, all other duties as assigned
