Position description

The International Women’s Forum (IWF) offers a unique opportunity to contribute to promoting women’s leadership through the Leadership Foundation, IWF’s charitable arm. The Program Coordinator provides support in the administrative and day-to-day operations of the Foundation’s programs. In particular, the position is responsible for organizing logistics and managing the experience of program participants in the Fellows Program and EY Women Athletes Business Network (WABN) Mentoring Program. The position calls for a highly organized individual with excellent project management skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Point person for all logistics and administrative support for the Fellows Program and the EY WABN Mentoring Program, requiring attention to detail, clear communication, and management of travel, hotel, program materials, conference registration, scheduling and participant deliverables 
  • Collaborate on and support mentor identification, matching process, and relationship management (60+ matches per year)
  • Compile monthly newsletter for Fellows Program participants and produce monthly content for the WABN newsletter, distributed to both mentors and mentees
  • Develop, administer and analyze data from program surveys
  • Assist with participant recruitment efforts by maintaining prospect database and conducting outreach, as well as the application and selection process
  • Support the Leadership Foundation Alumnae Association 
  • Monitor and share relevant news with communications team for circulation as it relates to program participants, women in sports, women’s leadership, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (program participants, program sponsors, IWF members/donors, board of directors)
  • Support governance work, as needed (ex. compilation of board books)
  • Demonstrate initiative and accuracy
  • Respond to general inquiries and requests

  • Sensitivity and respect for the diversity of IWF, its membership and constituencies
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks 
  • Foreign language proficiency required
  • Occasional domestic and international travel
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • NationBuilder CRM/CMS experience 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
