(RED) is a division of the ONE Campaign that transforms the collective power of consumers into a financial force to help others in need. (RED) works with the world’s most iconic brands – including Apple, Coca-Cola, Belvedere, Bank of America, and Starbucks – to drive contributions to the Global Fund. To date, (RED) has contributed more than $500 million to the Global Fund and over 110 million people have been reached with testing, counseling, treatment, and other services due to HIV/AIDS programs that (RED) supports.


Period: 5 Months – July 15 to December 13, 2019

Love talking to people about important causes, and want to bring companies on board for the Global Fund Replenishment 2019? Our dynamic team is seeking an intern who is interested in changing the world – one event at a time. If you’re interested in research and special projects revolving around the Global Fund Replenishment 2019, then this is the job for you! While you will work with amazing departments, you will focus on (RED)’s impact on Replenishment 2019. You'll conduct research on (RED) partners and HIV/AIDS policy, assist with briefings and policy materials, and collaborate with teams on Replenishment 2019 campaigns and events.


Work primarily with the (RED) team on a variety of projects that include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist with special events planning and logistics focused on the Global Fund Replenishment 2019
  • Conduct desk research of companies, advocacy organizations and HIV/AIDS news and policy updates
  • Coordinate and collaborate on recruitment and marketing of prospective Replenishment 2019 partners
  • Identify key market categories to target partner prospects within each category for Replenishment 2019
  • Assist the team on Replenishment 2019 activations.
  • Support the (RED) team with administrative functions, including data management on Salesforce, note taking, shipments, and general logistical support


Candidates must be a current undergraduate (with a minimum of junior status) or graduate student, or recent graduate within 6 months of completing his or her degree. Other qualifications include:

  • GPA of 3.3 or higher
  • Adept at Keynote, Word, and Excel
  • Discretion and a professional demeanor
  • Past non-profit and global health experience a plus
  • Social networking knowledge
  • Excellent writing and research abilities and strong communications skills
  • Well-informed on business and pop culture
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Highly organized
  • Dependable, punctual and resourceful
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Bynder a plus
