Overview
DevTech is preparing to put together a proposal response for a Monitoring and Evaluation Services for the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of African Affairs, Office of Regional Peace and Security (AF/RPS) activity. The AF/RPS, in coordination with the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs’ Office of Security Assistance (PM/SA), requires Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) technical/advisory services.
Qualifications
Education:
• Master’s Degree or equivalent and five (5) years of relevant professional experience
Or
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and seven (7) years of relevant professional experience
Or
• High School Diploma or equivalent and eleven (11) years of relevant professional experience
Qualifications:
• Requires SECRET Security Clearance or ability to obtain one before onboarding.
• At least three (3) years of professional M&E experience
• At least four (4) years of experience in multi-tasking complex projects, requiring interpersonal and customer service, writing, analytic, problem-solving and computer skills.
• Demonstrated research, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subordinates, including the ability to assign work, monitor progress, and apply supportive course corrections, while creating a positive work environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft software (e.g., Word, Power Point, Teams, SharePoint), including advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated fluency of English speaking and writing, including experience in the writing and briefing styles of the Department of State.
