Want to be an integral part of a $3 billion dollar program servicing the federal government? GSA Fleet is actively seeking motivated and talented Program Analysts. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, low-cost fleet management solutions to assist federal agencies achieve their missions. GSA Fleet acquires all non-tactical vehicles for Federal agencies, buying over 50,000 vehicles annually. We also provide over 240,000 full service leased vehicles. Our end-to-end fleet leasing services include acquisition and disposal, asset management, maintenance control and accident management services, fuel card and tag management, loss prevention and fraud detection, telematics management, financial management and IT systems.

Duties

We are recruiting for Program Analysts to fill a variety of positions that span a broad spectrum of career fields, including program management, vehicle acquisition, innovative fleet solutions, and information technology. GSA Fleet is a telework-friendly environment and leverages collaboration technology. Major job duties include:

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify, review and develop recommendations for the Fleet program.
  • Ability to reconcile conflicting data, and analyze findings to assist in program proposals or reports.
  • Develop recommendations or assist in developing opportunities for new or improved business solutions
  • Assists in coordinating the implementation of new or improved business process or systems solutions.
  • Assists in reviewing new or modified legislation, proposed regulations or agency guidance for projected impact upon the Fleet program.
  • Assists in scheduling, research, and/or preparing briefings for higher level management.
  • Perform special, one-time projects that are of a time sensitive and which require research, analysis, and evaluation of factual information.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and developmental experience in managing projects.
  • Ability to implement an innovative new or improved business process or systems solution. 
  • Skill in identifying problem areas, conducting research, selecting and evaluating technical data. 
  • Skill in developing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships. 
  • Skill in written and oral communication. 
  • Ability to use information technology applications and software.
