Background of this search: The mission of the Knowledge and Learning Division (KLD) at the IDB is to help ensure access to relevant and high-quality knowledge and technical learning to support corporate processes and speed up the preparation and execution of the Bank’s operational program. We work with several Bank departments to create learning experiences that are relevant to the teams that prepare and implement development projects financed by the Bank. The program offers workshops, Online Instructor-Led Courses (OILC), Small Private Online Courses (SPOCs), and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), Open Educational Resources (OERs), among others.
