We work with several Bank departments to create learning experiences that are relevant to the teams that prepare and implement development projects financed by the Bank. The program offers workshops, Online Instructor-Led Courses (OILC), Small Private Online Courses (SPOCs), and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), Open Educational Resources (OERs), among others.

  • Review and guarantee the quality of the contents of learning resources, such as videos, readings, and infographics.

  • Update the contents of the Operations Learning Program internal and external website.
  • Prepare all necessary information for issuing digital badges on time for participants.
