Founded in 2014, the Additive Agency is a brand consultancy that partners with nonprofits, NGOs, social enterprises, universities and other purpose-driven organizations to transform causes, conversations and communities for good. Recent and current clients include Harlem Children’s Zone, Community Foundation of Louisville, Memphis Tourism, Mount Sinai, New York City Center, Phoenix Children’s, Syracuse University, United Way Worldwide and World Wildlife Fund.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with relevant work experience and a commitment to applying their talents for good. For this role, at least 5–7 years of experience in a project management role at a branding, social impact or strategic communications organization is required.

Our offices are in Brooklyn, NY, and the candidate will be expected to work in-person Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays remote. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management + Quality Assurance
    • Strong organizational, note taking and time management abilities
    • Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Asana, Teamwork, Calendly)
    • Budget management and cost tracking
    • Proactive, self-directed mindset with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Branding Knowledge and Fluency
    • Understanding of brand strategy and creative processes
    • Awareness of trends in branding and design
  • Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities
    • Team leadership and motivation
    • Creative problem solving
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities for client engagement and/or extension
    • Support with business development, including proposal development
