C6, a subsidiary of Goldbelt, Inc., Goldbelt, Incorporated is an urban, Alaska Native, for-profit corporation with locations in Juneau, Alaska and Herndon, VA. Its primary purpose is to manage assets and to conduct business for the benefit of its shareholders, approximately 3,600 people, almost all of Alaska Native heritage. Goldbelt, Inc. is in search of Program Manager located in Chesapeake, VA.
The Program Manager serves as the main point of contact for all Contractor personnel and is responsible for overall management of the basic contract and each task order award. The Program Manager should have a technical background that facilitates understanding of Government technical requirements and communication with the contracting officer representative (COR).
Manage all interface requirements with subcontractors
Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with the COR at least once per month or at the discretion of the COR.
Works closely with COR-specified personnel to facilitate effective planning and accomplishment of critical objectives in a timely manner.
Have a management background that facilitates supervision of contractor personnel’s performance and can ensure that all work performed meets the contract requirements within the funding, timing and staffing constraints of the contract.
Experience working with Department of Defense and the complex administrative and operational requirements associated with appropriately supervising contractor personnel mixed with Government personnel is preferred.
Minimum of ten (10) years of supervisory experience to provide supervision, direction, and control of personnel.
Master’s Degree in National Security or Foreign Policy preferred is required.
An active Program Management Institute - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
