The Management and Program Analyst will piece together disparate information to form integrated views of national security and public safety by leveraging intelligence databases; analyzing intelligence collected in the field; developing fact based conclusions and intelligence reports; and creating innovative concepts to gather or utilize intelligence to create new findings. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Perform analysis of raw, primary and secondary data derived from various sources such as unclassified and classified database systems, intelligence reports, miscellaneous communications, case files, internal and external systems and other sources.
Interpret investigative information and extrapolating data for the collection, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination to the appropriate officials of the Intelligence Community (IC), law enforcement agencies, and other entities.
Initiate dialogue with counterparts in the analytical and intelligence community to anticipate emerging intelligence issues and to track shifts in the intelligence and law enforcement community requirements.
Apply knowledge of a professional discipline such as international relations, current affairs, history, military science, political science, criminal activities, terrorist threats, and other operational activities.
Collect intelligence information and reports from various government agencies for use in complete analytical products.
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
Ability to prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and e-mails.
Experience and be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Experience prioritizing projects and have strong problem solving skills, good research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with others and have good interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
