Culmen International, LLC is seeking professions with military or civilian experience supporting policy analysis, international security, international relations, and providing mission support for Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Energy (DoE), Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Department of State (DoS), and related environments. 

Security Clearance Requirement: US Citizen (clearance level varies by individual program requirements).

Duties and responsibilities vary by individual program requirements.

Education and experience requirements vary by individual program and may include:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Current security clearance requirement varies by program/position.  Requirements are usually at Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, and DOE Q levels.
  • Mid-Level, Senior, and SME experience
  • BA/BS degree (or higher) from an accredited university 
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management staff, Government counterparts, as well as foreign clients and industry representatives.
  • Experience working in a Government Program Management Office is preferred.
  • Direct experience with research, analysis, and program support for nonproliferation issues.
  • Foreign language fluency may be required.
  • Ability to support CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required.
