Project Overview and Role:

Palladium’s Content Writer will be a part of the Global Communications team, supporting Palladium’s global marketing function. The role will enhance awareness in target markets and require producing materials that will effectively increase engagement and generate leads. The role will require excellent journalistic quality for the creation of compelling and effective articles, white papers, social media content and web copy.

Reporting to: Director of Communications
Location: Washington D.C.


  • Plans, writes, and edits content for a variety of digital channels and products, ensuring a consistent, compelling style and brand voice
  • Coordinates the Palladium “Newsroom” and editorial calendar, maintaining alignment across digital channels with a pipeline of high-quality, journalistic content from across the global business
  • Partners with designers and subject-matter experts to define content requirements and deliver persuasive thought leadership
  • Contributes to a consistent corporate brand message and suite of tools to align the global organization
  • Monitors and analyzes industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust / enhance company positioning and messaging as required
  • The role will be required to make sound recommendations to Global Communications
  • Contribute to process improvement through innovative and cost-effective proposals, ideas, and suggestions


  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Evidence of the ability to oversee and deliver high quality content
  • Comfort working on a remote team in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Experience in journalism an asset
  • A high degree of autonomy with appropriate consultation where applicable
