The incumbent provides assistance to one or more Hub work streams in the areas of research, analysis, reporting, programming, policy, planning, and/or internal program operations. The incumbent serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries and coordinating with others where appropriate. The incumbent will work with implementing partners as part of a team under the guidance of team lead, A/CORs and Senior Activity Managers, where appropriate, to build internal and external relationships and monitor and support progress toward completion of programmatic goals. The incumbent supports various components of programs and team which may involve the selection process, grant management, M&E, and engagement.
The Program Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of the ITR Hub’s administration, oversight, and implementation of its new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) policy initiative, Promoting American Approaches to ICT Policy and Regulation (ProICT) to support developing country host governments adopt frameworks that advance an inclusive and secure internet in their countries. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for leveraging digital connectivity and technology to spur development outcomes and an interest in learning how to further its safe and effective use through policy. The successful candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills.
