STRATEGIST, EVALUATION & RESEARCH SUMMARY:
The Strategist, Evaluation & Research serves alongside senior staff on the Client Services Team who are accountable for implementing consulting and training projects and meeting deadlines within budget parameters. The Strategist, Evaluation & Research provides organizational development consulting to nonprofit organizations, and specializes in generating and supporting evaluation and research projects, engaging research design, data collection, analysis and interpretations, and reporting expertise. The Strategist, Evaluation & Research is responsible for project management activities and the delivery of consulting and training services, including maintaining project assignments and deliverables, regular reporting, meetings and communication, and ensuring resources and efforts are focused on project priorities and are on-track as necessary to complete projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a talented program manager who is passionate and knowledgeable about programming that lifts up diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice as core values. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, evaluator and researcher with proven capacity building experience in communities across Southern California, and willing to adapt and change as we go.
