As the Regional Human Resources Manager US, you are the point of contact for the US-based employees during their tenure at Root Capital. You will partner with all levels of the organization to ensure that employees have the tools and information they need to be efficient, productive, and thrive in our organization.
You will manage all aspects of the employee life cycle for your designated region from recruiting through offboarding. You view HR as more than an administrative, compliance-driven task; instead, you view your role as an opportunity to shape our organizational culture and make Root Capital a great place to work. You will drive the regional day-to-day responsibilities such as managing payroll and benefits, keeping policies aligned and updated, optimizing recruitment for maximum efficiency and experience, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures.
You will partner with your HR colleagues from around the globe to develop and carry out global initiatives toward a more efficient and productive organization.
