About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Associate, Customer Success & Business Development to help grow and support our client relationships while expanding our expert network. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client engagement, business growth, and technology-driven solutions. As a key member of our Platform Solutions team, you will collaborate with clients, recruit top-tier experts, and enhance the user experience to drive adoption and retention.

This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, a keen commercial instinct, and a deep commitment to delivering outstanding client value. You will play a crucial role in scaling our business while working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

 

What You’ll Do

Client Success & Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless platform adoption and ongoing engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to strengthen existing partnerships and drive retention.
  • Assist in delivering expert insights and research solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a best-in-class experience for clients and experts alike.

Expert Network Growth & Market Research

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality experts across industries and geographies to expand our network.
  • Conduct industry research to identify relevant experts for active client projects.
  • Develop strategies to enhance expert engagement and optimize our recruitment processes.

Operational & Strategic Support

  • Assist with market research, content creation, and client outreach initiatives.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product and technology teams to improve platform usability and expert experience.
  • Contribute to marketing and educational efforts aimed at enhancing expert participation and platform adoption.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Business, Economics, International Relations, Political Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year Experience in customer success, sales, business development, or client-facing roles (ideally in research company, consulting or expert-networks)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • US work authorization required (OPT/CPT accepted).
