As a Nonprofit Development Specialist, you will:

o      Develop strong, on-going relationships with nonprofit partners to grow Good360’s capacity to receive and redistribute product donations in an assigned regional area

o      Identify prospective nonprofit partners, support lead generation efforts, and conversion for high volume Good360 donations

o      Work collaboratively across teams to develop campaigns to grow the Good360 member network

o      Update the Salesforce CRM with member information

o      Additional duties as assigned

o      $40,000-$43,000 base salary plus variable compensation incentivizing “smart development”

What we need from you!

o      Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

o      Customer service or business development experience preferred

o      Excellent communication skills

o      Entrepreneurial energy

o      Creative problem solving

o      Willingness to learn

o      Ability to manage to progressive goals

o      Home based in Mountain/ Pacific time zone preferred, though not required

o      Ability to travel to Alexandria, VA quarterly

The Alexandria, Va.-based organization was created in 1983 to help companies efficiently donate slow-moving, obsolete, returned, and seasonal inventory to charitable organizations. Current corporate partners include Walmart, Amazon, Tempur Sealy, Home Depot, Nike, Disney, NFL, Bed Bath & Beyond, Mattel, and many, many others.
